To become one of the centers of development in business management education in Central Luzon, committed
to producing business professionals and ethical leaders needed by the industry.

MISSION:
Reinforce core competencies of faculty members based on the institutional development program;
Establish stronger linkages and networks with various industries in Central Luzon,
in particular with the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, the Clark Freeport Zone,
and the Freeport Area of Bataan; and equip students with effective management
skills through interactive classroom approaches and more pragmatic
teaching and learning methodologies.
